We use your information to provide and maintain the ConvPad service, process file conversions, manage your account, and communicate with you about your account or the service. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve our product and identify areas where users need better support.
File Privacy
Uploaded files are encrypted in transit, processed on secure servers, and permanently deleted within 1 hour of conversion. We never access, read, or share your files. File processing is fully automated — no human ever views your content.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies. Your browsing activity on ConvPad is not shared with advertisers.
Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe collects and handles your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand product usage. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Data Retention
Uploaded files are deleted within 1 hour of conversion. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your account data or request a full deletion by contacting us. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
ConvPad is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
