All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription plans.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using ConvPad, contact us at support@takyo.app and we'll do our best to resolve it.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Free tier users have no payment obligations.
