By accessing or using ConvPad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of ConvPad constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
ConvPad provides online file conversion tools that allow users to convert, compress, and transform files between various formats. We offer both free and paid tiers with different usage limits and features.
User Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ConvPad for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code. You may not attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload the service. Any automated or bulk usage beyond normal use is prohibited without prior written consent.
File Handling
Files are processed securely and auto-deleted within 1 hour of upload. We do not store, access, or share your files beyond what is necessary to perform the requested conversion. Once deletion occurs, files cannot be recovered.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any files you upload to ConvPad. By using the service, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of performing the requested conversion. We claim no ownership or rights over your content.
Service Availability
ConvPad is provided “as is” and “as available.” We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConvPad and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of ConvPad after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
